Next Summer I am going to New Orleans for a week in July. I will primarily be attending a conference and helping to rebuild some of the natural life(planting trees), so I won’t have too much time to spend there. What are the must-sees in New Orleans? I like seeing historical points and more the more innocent attractions.
I am looking for a family-type vacation. Any fun museums around there?
There are some nice walking tours in the french quarter and in the garden district. There is a pharmacy museum in the quarter. There are tons of art galleries and antique shops.
