Black people usually don’t want to be interviewed, because they have warrants. If someone sees them, then they know where they are. And they can arrested on parole violations, or failure to appear in court. I doubt BP is conducting any kind of background check on anyone. They are just hiring contractors, that are putting in the lowest bid. In turn the contractors hire, felons. That is why no one is talking. I live outside of Philadelphia, and most blacks do not show up for court.
