It’s Cajun. It doesn’t have bourbon in it but it does have lots of soy sauce which might explain why some Chinese restaurants serve it as well.
Soy sauce is also found in some dirty rice recipes which is Cajun and not Chinese. Haven’t seen Chinese serve that since they do adore their fried rice.
